OPTION 1
20 Minute
Online Advice Session
Book this session if you have a discrete, limited question you would like to discuss. This might include:
- What kind of practice structure or practising certificate you need
- An ethical dilemma
- A problem with a colleague or client
- A question on a single compliance issue.
This session starts at $330 + GST. If you need me to review complex or more lengthy documentation, we may need to make an additional charge. After the session, I’ll send you a brief note of advice and an invoice (payable within 14 days).
The meeting is subject to the Online Advice Terms and Conditions.
OPTION 2
45 Minute
Online Advice Session
Use this session if you’d like a more extensive consultation, covering a complex question or a number of questions. Examples of where you need this session might be for:
- Multidisciplinary structures and service offerings
- A new style of service offering where you’re unsure of regulatory parameters
- Discussing a problem file
- A number of regulatory questions.
This session starts at $550 + GST. If you need me to review complex or more lengthy documentation, we may need to make an additional charge. After the session, I’ll send you a brief note of advice and an invoice (payable within 14 days).

OPTION 3
15 Minute
Discovery Call
The kinds of engagements we’d discuss here might include:
- Ongoing consultation or coaching retainer or a group of sessions to help you achieve a specific goal.
- Review and revamp your client-facing documents, including costs. agreements and bills, and set up an engagement process New law practice special package – setting up well.
Education and training services, either for your firm’s CPD or remedial training and education following a regulatory determination - Ongoing assistance with a regulatory issue, including reviewing and advising on complaints or other regulatory issues. Please note that I do not generally act in tribunal or court proceedings but can give you general guidance and provide an appropriate referral.
- Scoping a larger project or matter.
